Premium turf with proper base prep lasts 15–20 years. Cheap turf on poor base starts failing in 5. -
Will it get too hot in summer?
Direct sun heats any synthetic surface. We can spec cooler-yarn turf or add a quick rinse line. Shaded turf stays comfortable barefoot. -
Can you install turf around a pool?
Yes. Pool-area turf needs UV-stable yarn, drainage tied to the deck, and chlorine-resistant infill. We spec for all three.
